My project is about the gender wage gap, its sad to think this issue will persist well into the future. I chose this topic because I’ve seen injustice for people I know and those that I don’t I’ve heard their stories. One step at a time hopefully we can help close the wage gap for everyone’s benefit. Also, the wage gap isn’t about everyone being paid the same it’s more about equity, if an individual( regardless of gender) is doing the same work as someone else they should be paid the same.
