An example of the intersectionality of someone would be Gal Gadot in my opinion. At the start of the pandemic, she made this video that was pretty much insensitive. It was a video of all of these celebrities joining together individually in order to try to “comfort” the people who are having a rough time in quarantine. The thing that she did was that each celebrity sang the song “Imagine” by John Lennon. They sang clips of it and meanwhile we could see how they are living much better lives than the rest of us since in a way they are doing well financially. She was saying how we’ll all get through this pandemic but it was wrong of her to think that her singing this song and making celebrities join her in singing would do something to make us feel better. Ellen is also someone who claims that she’s a feminist but we all learned lately that she is someone who treats the people who worked on her show unfairly.
